How long does shipping take and how much does it cost?

We ship via DHL including shipment tracking.

-Germany: Free shipping (delivery time approx. 2-4 working days).

-Europe (EU): €15.00 – free shipping for orders over €200 (delivery time approx. 2-8 working days).

-Switzerland & World: €30.00 (Delivery time approx. 5-14 working days).

Please note: Deliveries to non-EU countries may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are to be borne by the customer.

How does the return process work?

You can cancel your order within 14 days. Simply send us a short email to kunden@towndown.eu and we will send you a DHL return label. We charge a flat fee of €4.99 for this service, which we will deduct directly from your refund. Please ensure that the goods are returned unworn and with the tags attached.

What do I need to consider when caring for it?

To ensure the fabric and print last a long time, please always wash the item inside out at 30°C. Do not use fabric softener or bleach, and do not tumble dry. Iron inside out at a low temperature. Dry cleaning is not recommended.

What payment methods do you offer?

You can pay securely and conveniently with us using: PayPal, Klarna (invoice & instant), credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay.
